Marcus Vinícius de Sá Torres

Doutor em Ciência Política pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Foi Recognised Student na Universidade de Oxford - Latin American Center (2022) e Visiting Fellow na SciencesPo - MaxPo Center (2021), além de Graduação e Mestrado em Ciência Política na mesma instituição. Atualmente é Pesquisador Bolsista do Instituto de Pesquisa Aplicada (IPEA). Membro do INCT Qualigov. Participa do grupo de Métodos de Pesquisa em Ciência Política e do grupo de Instituições, Política e Governo. Berkeley Initiative for Transparency in the Social Sciences (BITSS) Catalyst da Universidade de Berkeley/Califórnia. Tem interesse por Estrutura do Orçamento Público, Elites Políticas, Avaliação de Políticas Públicas,Saúde Pública e Relação Estado-Terceiro Setor.

Projeto 3 – Indicadores de Gestão Municipal para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável Municipal

 

PhD student and Master in Political Science at the Federal University of Pernambuco (2019). Graduated in Political Science and International Relations at UFPE (2016). He participates in the Political Science Research Methods group and the Institutions, Politics and Government group. Berkeley Initiative for Transparency in the Social Sciences (BITSS) Catalyst at the University of Berkeley/California. He is interested in transparency, political elites, evaluation of public policies, State budget structure and Civil Society Organizations.

Project 3 – Municipal Management Indicators for Sustainable Municipal Development

 Holds a PhD in Political Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco. He was a Recognised Student at the University of Oxford - Latin American Center (2022) and a Visiting Fellow at SciencesPo - MaxPo Center (2021), in addition to holding a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Political Science from the same institution. Currently, he is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IPEA). Member of the INCT Qualigov. He participates in the Political Science Research Methods group and the Institutions, Politics and Government group. Berkeley Initiative for Transparency in the Social Sciences (BITSS) Catalyst at the University of Berkeley/California. His research interests include Public Budget Structure, Political Elites, Public Policy Evaluation, Public Health, and the State-Third Sector Relationship.
